Michael Kusens - President & CEO

Michael has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, product management, product development, operations and management.  Over the course of his career, Michael has designed and developed numerous products used in hundreds of hospitals and organizations today, authored and been issued over 85 US Patents as well having successfully built and sold several companies.  He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Majoring in Finance from the University of Florida and received his MBA, Majoring in Marketing from American Intercontinental University.   In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his  family, traveling, collecting (and driving) sports cars and participating in all types of physical activities.

Bruce Kusens - CTO

Bruce has over 45 years of experience in information systems and software development including 19 years as Director of Information Systems at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami and 22 years as Chief Technology Officer of his own innovative software development companies. Bruce founded Omega Systems in the 1990s which grew to an 18 + million dollar enterprise with over 700 hospital provider customers. He has been awarded over 50 patents in healthcare informatics and casino gaming technologies. Bruce has also co-founded Atrus, Inc., Emergency Medical Technologies, InterMedHx, Pionetechs, Collateral Opportunities, and now, On The Mark Software Solutions. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Miami and a law degree from the University of Miami.

George Asbell - CFO

George has over 40 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations with some of the nation's major healthcare companies.  His experience includes hospitals and assisted living facilities in the U.S. and Great Britain.  He also has experience in the hospitality industry dating back to his time in public accounting.  George was a co-founder with Bruce Kusens of InterMedHx, Pionetechs, and Collateral Opportunities, and is now one of the founders of On the Mark Software Solutions, LLC.  He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University.  In his spare time George enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his three grandchildren.

Mara Brannon - COO

Mara started in Financial Research with Electronic Data Systems and was a consultant with Arthur Young in the 1980s. She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and other software technologies, specializing in project management, new product launches, and operations. She worked for NDC Health for over a decade and then joined with Bruce Kusens to help build first InterMedHx, a pioneer in electronic medication histories, and then in 2011 Pionetechs, an expansion of InterMedHx's early development efforts. Mara is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Mara has been married for over 35 years, has 2 adult children, and loves fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and playing Bridge.
